To diagnose the business situation in terms of equality, and understand the company's strengths and opportunities for improvement, clients complete a quick 15 to 20-minute questionnaire.
The questionnaire is based on the Women's Empowerment Principles developed by the United Nations Global Compact and UN Women.
The WE questionnaire adapts this methodology to current reality, and to the requirements of European and national regulations. It consists of 18 multiple choice questions drawn from global best practices, covering companies' work on equality based on four main areas: Leadership, Workplace, Market and Community.
